Unfortunately we cannot handle issues concerning your credit card, paypal account, or other payment methods. In order to determine what is wrong, we advise you to contact your bank, credit card provider, or, if paying with paypal, paypal support. If your payment has not been made, there is nothing we can do to help.

If you have already made your payment to Facebook, please confirm that the payment went through by checking the Payment Settings page. You can also refund your payments from that menu. If you'd prefer for us to handle the refund or compensate you in another way, please let us know. Thanks for your cooperation.
